Walking time to the fishing harbor is approx’ 15 min’s where you can buy fresh fish for your braai (BBQ). Inland is Constanita, Cape Towns original Winelands with some stunning restaurants and wine estates at approx’ 15 min’s drive.

2 level property comfortably furnished in a minimalistic style with underground parking, mountain, beach and ocean views. The underground parking can also be accessed from within the property.

The main living space is on the entrance (ground) level with open plan with lounge and dining areas with a 2nd lounge opening out on to a balcony upstairs where the ocean, beach and coastal views are stunning. Downstairs there is a lovely terrace with private lawn beyond and views out towards the beach and round the coastline.
