Location
Situated in Hout Bay up on the Scott Esate and Chapman’s peak side of the valley which enjoys the sunshine into the evening. The villa is sufficiently high to enjoy wonderful view out over the beach and bay as well as the surrounding mountains. Estimated walking time down to the beachfront where a wide selection of shops, cafes and restaurants are located is approx’ 10 min’s but you need to allow 15/20 for the return uphill journey.

Hout Bay is a family friendly working fishing harbour town on the doorstep of Constantia, Cape Towns original Winelands. It is well know for it’s fish restaurants, Chapman’s Peak Drive (famous beautiful coastal route) and it’s weekly craft market. Drive time to the city is approx’ 25 min’s, 10 to Constantia and 15 round the coast to desirable Camps Bay.

Below the house is an apartment this is where the caretaker lives. The apartment has its own entrance and is self-sufficient so that guests will not be aware of the caretaker other than for servicing, arrival and departure. The care taker will be available for service breakfast and baby sitting if required.

Living & Dining
The lounge is large with ocean views open plan to the dining area and dining area open plan to the kitchen. Double doors of the living space open out on to the shaded veranda with the terrace and pool a few steps below.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils including a washing machine. A separate scullery with washing machine, dishwasher and driver is just off the kitchen and opening out on to a drying yard.

Entertainment: TV, DSTV (400 channels), DVD player and sound system
