Location
Situated in Hout Bay valley with Table Mountain national park on each side of the valley, inland at the top of the valley is Constantia Cape Town’s original wine region and at the opposite end Hout Bay beachfront. From the property are wonderful mountain views all around. There are stunning mountain walks immediately from the house. The area is popular with families wanting pleasant outdoors space.

Constantia is less than 10 min’s drive, offering excellent outdoor activities including hiking, world class golf courses and mountain biking as well as shopping in arts and crafts boutiques but also one of Cape Town’s most significant malls. Constantia was however originally reputed for it’s wine estates and amazing restaurants which are still in abundance. Hout Bay is best know for its fish, either fresh from the working harbour for your braai (bbq) or the best fish and chips, Chapman’s Peak drive one of the most scenic stretches of road round the coast and of course it’s beach.
