The Kenrock Estate is an up-market secure estate on the edge of Hout Bay, approx’ 2 min’s drive away. The nearest beach is Hout Bay Beach at less than 5 min’s drive. This villa is situated close to the main entrance of the Estate in its own private garden plus there are large open grounds across the way for children to go and play, climb trees and explore the ponds of land.

Hout Bay is a family friendly fishing harbour town. The harbour is located on the Cape Town side of the bay approx’ 5 min’s drive from the town centre, the beach is further round the bay on the Cape Point side, here is also the start of Chapman’s Peak drive, a well know scenic drive. Constantia Cape Town original wine region is inland up the valley approx’ 10 min’s drive with world class restaurants, wine estates and stunning golf courses.
