Situated on the Cape Peninsula at the end of the famous Long Beach on the Atlantic Ocean side. Indian Ocean coast is approx’ 10 min’s drive and a selection of places of interest such as Boulders Beach (where the penguins are) and the Cape Point within approx’10 min’s drive.

Living & Dining
The main living space is open plan with a central fireplace separating the lounge on one side from the dining area on the other, the kitchen is open plan to the dining but separated from by a breakfast bar/counter. The lounge and dinning feature an open plan pitched roof with exposed wooden rafters, floor to ceiling sliding windows/doors all along the length facing the patio, enable wonderful views and a feeling of space and light.

There are 2 lounges the main lounge and a TV lounge. The main lounge on one side of the double sided fireplace (dining area on the other) contains 2 beautiful couches and an amazing "day-bed in the huge bay window off to the side. Double sliding floor to ceiling windows/doors provide access on to the pool terrace as well as enable wonderful views from inside the property as well as out.

The dining room features a purpose-built solid African mahogany table with 12 matching chairs. 2 large sliding floor to ceiling windows/doors leading out on to the patio and the central fireplace heats for the cooler winter nights.

Kitchen & Scullery
This house has a beautiful modern open plan kitchen with a stunning ‘wrap-around’ granite breakfast bar. All the appliances are top of the range including:
• 6 burner gas stove with electric oven built into the bar; built-in microwave/convection grill.
• Additional electric double eye-level oven & warming drawer.
• An impressive fridge freezer.

Behind the kitchen there is a huge scullery containing a washing machine, tumble dryer, washing-up sinks and plenty of cupboard space as well as more working surfaces.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
2 bedrooms are upstairs, each with own en-suite bathrooms and private balcony. The 2 bedrooms downstairs have direct access to the pool terrace and garden, they are serviced by a shared separate bathroom. The 5th bedroom, a double is at the far end (from the main living space) of the hall and is open plan off the hall way.

• Master bedroom; double with enormous king bed, and has an open plan bathroom with a spa bath, double "his and her" basins and a separate shower.
• 2nd bedroom; double with queen bed and has a beautiful en-suite bathroom with basin and shower.
• 3rd & 4th bedrooms; doubles serviced by a separate shared bathroom.
• Additional outside bathroom as the rear of the garage.
• Guest cloak room in the entrance hall.

Outside Entertainment Area
Magnificent outside entertainment area with a gorgeous sparking pool, sundeck, very large purpose built barbeque with pizza oven as well as a portable Weber barbecue.
Note - the pool is soon to have a child safety net fitted should be in time for 2009.

Parking & Garden
The garden is fully fenced with a remote control double garage and off street driveway parking. Access is via also remote controlled gates. Although the garden is still immature, it has been beautifully landscaped and laid out.

Views onto the ocean and across to Chapman's peak and into Hout Bay.
