Location
Set in its own pretty garden with hot tub, Gazebo and swimming pool Serenity offers a peaceful location with tranquil stunning views. A gate provide access from the garden to the lakeside and reserve. The beach is approx’ 5 min’s drive alternatively there is Long Beach at Noordhoek just a little further away or in the opposite direction the Indian Ocean coastline beaches. There are a selection of good restaurants in the village approx’ 5 min’s drive.

Kommetjie is a small village and enjoys world class surfing at Long Beach. There is a handful of restaurants offering excellent seafood, steaks and pizzas. Local activities include tennis, surfing, Horse riding and cycling, also popular. Imhoff's farm which is very close by as are local garden centres and good shopping malls to suit all tastes. Hout bay, Fish Hoek and Simonstown are excellent for fresh fish, the local fisherman bringing in their catch daily! Trendy Kalk Bay is approx’ 15 min’s with lots of art and antique shops.

Desirable trendy Camps Bay is a 25 minute drive close to the Twelve Apostles. Cape Point and Chapman’s Peak (the scenic drive to the Twelve Apostles) are on our.

Accommodates up to 8 people in 4 en-suite bedrooms

Traditionally furnished with local African wood in the main areas, paintings from local artists decorate all of the bedrooms are air-conditioned. There is also a small private gym for guests usage. The villa has been graded with 4 stars.

Living & Dining
The main living and entertainment space is on the entry level accessed via a short hall way overlooking the terrace and garden. Relaxing lounge furnished with leather sofas, a tropical fish tank, bookcase, DVD player. centre fireplace, African pictures, triple aspect with stunning lake, garden and pool views. There are also various games and books available for guest. French doors lead off the lounge to the terrace with sweeping views of Table Bay National Park and the garden, steps lead down on to the garden.

Separate dining room and dining out on the terrace. As standard seats up to 8 people but larger numbers for dining can be arranged with prior notice.

Kitchen
Fully equipped with all the necessary appliances (inc’ Microwave, cooker, fridge freezer, ice machine, washing machine and dishwasher) cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils. There is a complimentary laundry service.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All bedrooms are carpeted. 2 bedrooms on the entry level to the villa on either side of the main living and entertainment area. The other 2 bedrooms (3rd & 4th) are directly below the master and 2nd bedroom with exterior access only (cannot be accessed from within the villa), these are not suitable for young children.
• Master bedroom; (upstairs) four poster double bed with stunning lake views, air-conditioned and luxury en-suite (Jacuzzi bath and separate shower, WC, wash basin and chandelier.
• 2nd bedroom; (upstairs) double with desk, air-conditioned and en-suite bathroom (shower over bath, wc and wash basin)
• 3rd & 4th bedrooms; (downstairs) doubles, air-conditioned with French doors giving access out on to the patio and garden and en-suite bathrooms (shower, wc and washbasin). These 2 bedrooms are accessed from the main villa via the terrace and down the stairs to the ground and garden level.
