Location
Situated in Kommetjie, on the Western Cape. A laid back village with excellent restaurants and a friendly atmosphere. Just a forty minute drive from Cape Town. Peace and quiet yet sophisticated. The Beach House is just a five minute walk from the famous surf beaches of Long Beach and Noordhoek Beach . Fifteen minute drive from Chapmans Peak, and Hout Bay.

Property
Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms, 2 en-suite and 1 with a dedicated bathroom.

Furnished in a laid back beach style, with lime washed wooden floors throughout, wooden staircase and comfortable furniture. Open plan living, with two bedrooms downstairs and a master suite upstairs with private sundeck. The property is ideal for families, couples and groups of friends. It is large and spacious.

Living & Dining
Open plan kitchenette leading from the lounge and dining area. Oven and Hob, fully equipped with fridge freezer, dishwasher and full utensils. There is also a utility area with washing machine and separate sink. French style doors lead onto the lovely private garden with 9mtr pool..

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
Downstairs, one double bedded room with en suite shower and w.c and one twin bedded room with adjacent shower room.

Upstairs, a double bedded suite, with feature roll top bath and separate wc. Great sundeck for al fresco breakfasts or cocktails in the evening.
