Location
Situated in a prime location in wonderful private grounds to provide stunning mountain and ocean views but still just 3 min’s walk from the beach.
Pristine Llandudno beaches are close the villa. The nearest restaurant is approx’ 5 min’s drive alternatively Hout Bay with wide range of shops and restaurants is less than 10 min’s drive or Camps Bay in the opposite direction towards Cape Town at approx’ 10 min’s drive.
Note - worth taking your binoculars as this is a great location for whale spotting in and out of whale season.
Property
Accommodates up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. Note - 1 bedroom is an outside bedroom accessible only from outside.
The villa is one of the original properties in Llandudno, in the then typical ‘Cape Cottage’ style. It is comfortably furnished maintaining the cape cottage style with wooden boards and cottage furniture. There is a fabulous private garden with large secluded (but secure) pool at the rear of the property.
Living & Dinning
There are 2 lounges a formal lounge which is part of the main living space and open plan with the dinning room and a TV lounge. The main living space opens up on to a covered veranda with outdoor furniture for relaxing and dinning with ocean views leading off into the garden.
TV Lounge less formally but comfortably furnished.
Dining inside and out seats up to 10 people.
