Situated on the highest road in Llandudno at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac with Sandy Bay Nature Reserve on the south side of the property, enabling the most awesome views in Cape Town. The nature reserve provides a great opportunity to view magnificent bird life.

The pristine Llandudno beaches are close with direct access to the beach below the villa and to Sandy Bay beach. The nearest restaurant is approx’ 5 min’s drive alternatively Hout Bay with wide range of shops and restaurants is less than 10 min’s drive or Camps Bay in the opposite direction towards Cape Town at approx’ 10 min’s drive.

The sunsets are amazing and set directly in front of the house, making it the perfect place to enjoy sundowners on one of the terraces.
