Hout Bay offers the nearest shopping area with a wide selection of shops, restaurants and cafes as well as being a working fishing harbour where you can buy fresh fish for your braai (bbq), approx’ 5 min’s drive. Camps Bay in the opposite direction and less than 10 min’s drive offers a huge selection of restaurants, cafes and bars. Heading inland is Constantia, Cape Towns original Winelands with world class restaurants, shopping malls/centres and of course wine estates.

The property is situated in it’s own private garden approx’ 10 min’s walk to the beach but allow 15 for the return uphill journey. The villa is stepped into the hillside and the garden also stepped in to provide a level lawn, sun terrace and swimming pool. Stunning mountain and ocean views can be enjoyed from the villa as well as the garden.

The main living space is open plan with dining and lounge areas as well as family/TV lounge. Huge picture windows along the ocean side of the property enable stunning views and opening up the living area to the ocean and mountains. Off the dining area is a huge spacious shaded veranda with outside lounge and dining areas.

Note:- there is a drop down from the veranda which in the passed has been secured for small children by fitting a mesh/net, this must be agreed on booking if required.

Kitchen
Separate kitchen on the mountain side of the property, it is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils as well as laundry.

Dining seats up to 8 people inside and out.
