Situated low down in Llandudno less than 200 meters from the ocean within approx’ 10/15 min’s walking distance to both Llandudno Beach and Sandy Bay Beach. Views from the property are stunning wonderful Ocean views extending out in front of the property, coastal and mountain views to either side.

The nearest restaurants and shops are at Hout Bay approx’ 5 min’s drive or in the opposite direction in approx’ 10 min’s are the trendy Camps Bay restaurants. Hout Bay is also the nearest shopping area plus there is the working fishing harbour where you can get the best fish and chips as well as fresh fish for the braai. Inland is Constantia Cape Towns original wine growing area with wonderful wine estates, world class restaurants, famous golf courses and shopping malls.

The area boasts of its low crime rate owing to there being only one entrance into the area and the 24 hour security / medical presence.
