Location
Situated on Beach Road, Mouille Point on the Atlantic Seaboard with the ocean just over the road and the city and mountains behind. This stretch of coastline is well know for the long promenade that extends along the ocean and beach edge all the way to the V&A. Estimated walking time to the V&A is less than 10 min’s. There are a selection of restaurants and cafes on the door step that offer breakfasts to dinners, café Nero (great breakfast) is approx’ 2 min’s walk from the apartment building. Alternatively the V&A provides an extensive choice!

Accommodations up to 6 people in 3 spacious bedrooms.
Modern/contemporary furnishings in a minimalistic style with wooden floors, floor to ceiling windows and spacious rooms ensures the penthouse has a bright airy feel. The outside entertainment space is equally as huge as the inside and includes a good sized pool.

Living & Dining
Larger than a double volume lounge, separate comfortable TV room and separate dining room all with stunning ocean and or mountain views. The lounge is situated overlooking the ocean with direct access to the terrace and pool deck via glass windows/doors that open right up.

Dining room has mountain, city and ocean views, seats up to 8 people.

Outside entertainment space flows down the side of the penthouse with the walled terrace to provide shelter from winds leading of the lounge and the pool deck at the rear. There is plenty of outdoor furniture including loungers and outside dining furniture. Also leading of the sun terrace/deck is an access to the penthouse where a smaller kitchen is located to service the outside entertainment area.
