Situated in a secure apartment building situated on the Mouille Point Platinum Mile just 1.5km from the V&A Waterfront and walking distance to the city, Green Point stadium and De Waterkant. Access to many of the sights is good including Table Mountain Cableway, the Nelson Mandela Gateway to Robben Island and the world renowned Clifton and Camps Bay beaches. It is directly adjacent to the magnificent seafront promenade and the Mouille Point Lighthouse. Restaurants, deli’s and coffee shops are within strolling distance. The V&A Waterfront with its shopping centres and many historical, cultural and leisure attractions is an easy ten minute walk away. The Green Point 2010 World Cup Soccer Stadium is a leisurely five minutes walk away.
