The main living area is open plan with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Sliding doors onto the large terrace from the lounge, overlooking the entire waterfront development, V&A Waterfront and harbor beyond and comfortably furnished with teak furniture.

Separated from the main living space by a counter and has a small balcony. It is fully equipped including dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine and tumble drier.
