I recently booked my holiday though Simon at Fleewinter. Everyone was efficient, informative and we got exactly what we wanted. During our stay the volcanic ash meant we had 2 flights cancelled. Simon went out of his way to organise an extension to our accommodation together with the flights back as soon as possible. He was on the phone everyday sorting things out, that made such a difference knowing we had someone efficient working for us to sort it out. Thank you CW – May 2010

All of the agents (mostly Kate) we spoke with were very helpful, went the extra mile in making us feel comfortable with our holiday choice and were very knowledgeable about Sri Lanka, having stayed in some of the villas advertised. We were given impartial advice on the good and bad points of each villa / hotel and the website was also excellent. We had many questions before booking and all were answered with great patience!
