Very good customer service - even changing the terms and conditions of our booking conditions in case of any disruptions caused by the ash. Good personal recommendations of places to stay. KH - May 2010

Vicki planned the trip and you always think something along the way will go wrong and it never did. As good as it gets. SG - May 2010

Alisdair, I thank you for your prompt Actions in arranging our accommodation in Cape Town (Camps Bay). The accommodation was first class (second time we have stayed there through you) and your speed in arranging the apartment left me with a very happy family. SB - May 2010

Alistair, Thank you for all your help and advice with booking the holiday. I would definitely recommend you, your company and Morocco to my friends. JD - May 2010

Good Points: Ease of booking, advice re accommodation, variety of experiences/culture/climate etc, having own driver/guide, beautiful hotels/villa, speaking to individuals who know and understand the country. help available when asked for but didn't feel spoon fed! CM – May 2010

I recently booked my holiday though Simon at Fleewinter. Everyone was efficient, informative and we got exactly what we wanted. During our stay the volcanic ash meant we had 2 flights cancelled. Simon went out of his way to organise an extension to our accommodation together with the flights back as soon as possible. He was on the phone everyday sorting things out, that made such a difference knowing we had someone efficient working for us to sort it out. Thank you CW – May 2010

Vicki, My feedback: your help was very much appreciated particularly your knowledge of the various apartments/villas/B&B’s (pros and cons), the 3 places we stayed at were all excellent, and your descriptions of each ensured we had no surprises. You arranged the holiday very efficiently and your responsiveness was very much appreciated. Your communication and information sent was clear. The agents/reps in SA were particularly helpful and were on time. PR – May 2010

Hi Barbara, Thanks for the reminder. We have been meaning to email you to let you know how it all went, but have just been really busy. We had a fantastic honeymoon!! We could not have asked for more. The itinerary you helped us create was absolutely perfect for us. I have to say that having done a lot of independent travelling, we were not sure if going through an agency was right for us. Fleewinter has totally exceeded our expectations, and far from taking anything away from the independent travel experience, it simply makes finding all those hidden gems that much easier. Keep up the good work! OG – May 2010

I cannot thank Fleewinter enough. Our travel representative looked at our holiday brief, sourced us appropriate accommodation, kept us fully informed via e-mail and telephone and provided a full professional service. Nothing was too much for Fleewinter. I have to say this was one of the easiest booking processes I have been fortunate enough to experience. The website was easy to navigate, contact with our Fleewinter travel representative was easily accessible, responses to our queries were answered within a few hours...rather than days...which was so refreshing. CC – May 2010

Dealing on a one-to-one basis with people who have already experienced the destination a real bonus. If I have to be really picky, I almost forgot to pay the balance, but I'm sure a reminder would have come if it'd gone too long CF - May 2010

Hello Alisdair, We had such a lovely time [in Morocco] so I'm more than happy to fill in the questionnaire. It’s the most relaxing break we've had since having children ... so cannot thank you enough for that! I have posted something on trip advisor as your hard work needs to be recognised. EC - April 2010

Barbara, You were without doubt one of the main highlights of the holiday as you put together a superb itinerary with knowledge, speed, and charm; thank you. SB April 2010

All of the agents (mostly Kate) we spoke with were very helpful, went the extra mile in making us feel comfortable with our holiday choice and were very knowledgeable about Sri Lanka, having stayed in some of the villas advertised. We were given impartial advice on the good and bad points of each villa / hotel and the website was also excellent. We had many questions before booking and all were answered with great patience! KD – April 2010

The service was great. As a senior citizen I felt confident that I was being looked after and that if I encountered any problems help was only a phone call away. Thank you Fleewinter. JB June 2010
