Just a two minute stroll to the blue flagged Grotto Beach this house is situated at the foot of the Magical Maansky Mountain offering wonderful views of the lagoon and bay.

There are 6 double bedrooms each with en suite bathrooms and two further childrens rooms with two sets of bunk beds in each room.

There are two double en-suite bedrooms on the upper floor of the main house and the two bunk bedrooms on the lower floor. The four other double en suite bedrooms are all accessed from the pool area
There is a large open plan lounge, kitchen and dining area in the main house with an open log burning fire with DSTV and music system.

The kitchen is fully equipped with two built in fridge/freezers, two dishwashers, combined oven/hob and microwave. There is a separate laundy with washing machine and dryer.

For your entertainment there is a games room with table tennis table, pool table, dart board and TV with seating. Through french doors is the jacuzzi and bar area which leads into the pool area with ample pool chairs, loungers and tables.

There are two balcony/patios reached from the lounge, one facing the mountains with built in Bar-B Que and pizza oven. The other faces the pool and sea and both have tables and charis seating 8 on each patio.

The house is fully secure with alarms and automatic gates.

There is a separate private staff flat within the property grounds and if required we can arrange cleaning staff to be on site during your stay or to come in at your requirment.
