Situated just steps away from both secluded coves and a 12 km stretch of pristine beach, La Gratitude offers a haven of tranquillity. La Gratitude is built on 3000sq metres of gently sloping grass rimmed by indigenous vegetation.

Bedroom 1 has a king bed and is located on the ocean side of the house. It shares a bathroom (newly re-furbished) with bedroom 4.
Bedroom 4 is a twin (2 x single beds) bedroom with two entrances leading to either the courtyard or the living room. Sharing the bathroom with bedroom 1.
Bedroom 2 has a king bed and en-suite (recently modernized) bathroom, located at the rear of the house the room enjoys view on to the mountains, and across the rolling grass towards the lagoon and an endless beach.
Bedroom 3 is a twin (2 x single beds) with en-suite bathroom and over looks the pool deck, braai (bbq) and Jacuzzi areas.
Bedroom 4 & 5 are inter-leading twin bedrooms that share a bathroom and are accessed from the kitchen. The area has its own entertainment section.
The large living room is comfortably furnished with a large central fireplace and modern entertainments system discreetly installed.
Open plan kitchen and dining room is large and airy with direct access to the outside entertainment areas. From the dining table there is tremendous view out to Walker Bay.
The kitchen is fully equipped including hob, oven, dishwasher and two fridges. Washing facilities include a washing machine.

Panoramic view of Walker Bay, La Gratitude's fenced outside entertainment area includes a multi-jet, multi-functional Jacuzzi (all the better to enjoy the sunset spectaculars from), a child friendly pool, a 12-seater garden dining area and a built-in braai. Ideal for every type of relaxed social gathering, including whale watching.
In addition there is a courtyard/suntrap, the protected courtyard offers the ideal private location to either dine or suntan out of the wind. It also makes the perfect congregating area for expeditions, and a secure storage and drying area for surfboards, windsurfers, paragliders, beach towels, etc.
