This is a magnificent large, modern home siutated on the cliff path overlooking Walker Bay and the New Harbour. Within walking distance of the town, the views are spectacular - you can see and almost touch the whales!

The house has two large living areas one upstairs and one downstairs.

The main bedroom upstairs has an ensuite bathroom together with the ensuite guest bedroom with private lounge.

There are two lounges and a fully equipped kitchen with granite tops.

Between the lounges there is a wooden deck which has a long champagne pool and it also features a fully equipped gym.

Downstairs there are four en suite bedrooms, lounge/dining area with fully equipped kitchen, deck area and swimming pool. All bedrooms have TVs with DSTV.
