Open plan lounge, dining (max 10) and kitchen provids a wonderful spacious feeling. Lounge doors open onto patio & grassed garden leading down to the waters edge.

Kitchen and laundry are fully equiped.

Outside is a private lawn, patio and the beach. There is is patio furniture and a mooring space for a boat.
