It is well suited for children with a large garden in the front with easy access to the lagoon.

The kitchen is fully equipped with oven/stove, fridge, freezer, washing machine, and microwave.

For your entertainment there is TV/satellite TV and Braai area.

The house also has an outside shower and toilet, a boat space and is alarmed.
