Mater bedroom is downstairs with king bed, open plan bath, separate shower, basin and toilet. Doors open from the bedroom directly out onto the deck.

2nd bedroom is upstairs with queen bed and en-suite with shower.

3rd bedroom, upstairs with twin beds and two pairs of bunk beds and, en-suite with shower.

Large open-plan living space with lounge, dining and kitchen areas. Doors open out on to the patios/decks and outside entertainment areas from the lounge and dining areas enabling lots of light and the occupants to enjoy the views from inside the property too.

Lounge is comfortably furnished and equipped with large plasma TV, DSTV (please bring your own card), sound system and cosy fireplace.

The kitchen is full equipped with a large 2-door fridge, oven, hob, microwave and separate scullery. It is separated from the main living space by a counter/breakfast bar (seats 4).
