The ground floor consists of a comfortable lounge off a kitchen/dining area.

Entertainment includes TV with M-Net and DSTV plus Hi-Fi.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms, one with Queen size double bed and the second with single beds. There is one bathroom en-suite and a second separate bathroom.

Thre is a separate walled enterance that leads into a priate open garden with built in braai and outdoor furnishings.

This property is only 50 metres walking distance to the lagoon and Bollard Beach on Leisure Island.

Linen supplied but please bring your own beach towels. Please note no pets and no smoking indoors.
