This newly built, contemporary four bedroom and three bathroom home is situated in the exclusive "Sanctuary" development just 3 minutes walk from Robberg Beach. Unlimited access to tennis court, squash courts, two swimming pools and sauna.

The first bedroom offers a queen size bed and the remaining three bedrooms offer 2 x three quarter beds in each toom. One of the bedrooms has its entrance from the patio.

Open plan in style, this has a fully equipped kitchen, large dining and sitting room with video and satellite TV as well as a 'hot art' open fireplace.

All bedrooms, lounge and dining areas have sliding doors that lead onto a covered patio/veranda furnished with couches, sun-lounges and day beds.

You can enjoy the secluded, indigenous tree garden with barbeque facilities, wooden deck, outside garden furniture and double hammock.

When you arrive back from your day on Robberg Beach, there is a secluded hot and cold shower to refresh you on your return.

The house is fully serviced on request and fitted with a security system.
