Basic but practical 4 bedroom holiday home on several levels with spectacular views of the whole bay, over to Keurbooms and Tsitsikamma Mountains in one direction, Robberg Nature Reserve in the other and directly out to the ocean. Central Beach and Hobbie Beach are both less than 10 min’s walk and the town center approx’ 10/15 min’s.

The property is located just below the west side of the town center above Central Beach, within walking distance to both.

There are 3 levels, entrance middle and top with bedrooms on the entrance and top levels and the living and entrainment areas on the middle level.
• Entrance level: 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
• Middle floor: Open plan lounge and dining room, TV room with 2 divans, a shower, toilet & basin off this room and the kitchen.
• Top floor: 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, (was once a large loft now converted).
