Location
Situated on the Robberg side of the Piesang River close just down from where the river meets the ocean. A small parade of shops including an internet café and a garage is within a few moments walk certainly less than 5 min’s. The town center is walking distance for the fit, there is a steep hill, allow 20 min’s there and 15 back on foot. Robberg Beach is the closest beach at less than 5 min’s walk and central beach at 10 min’s walk.

The complex offers plenty of open well maintained grounds, a swimming pool and squash courts for residents use.

Accommodates up to 6 people in 3 bedrooms serviced by 2 bathrooms

The downstairs comprises of an open plan living room, separate kitchen with serving hatch to the living room, 2 bedrooms and one bathroom to share. Upstairs is the main bedroom with en-suite and a study.

Open plan spacious main living room with lounge and dinning areas. Off the lounge is a deck overlooking the river, partially shaded with dining and relaxing outdoor furniture.
