The property provides residence with plenty of open space, privacy, woodland and mountain views. Central beach and a small shopping complex are within 10 min’s walk of the complex and the town centre less than 5 min’s drive.

The house was built with privacy and space inside and out in mind. An open uncluttered feel to the property both the interior and garden. The garden is large providing loads of space for children to run around, an ideal relaxation spot and plenty of space. This is a good property to entertain from both in and outside. A built in braai (bbq) enables guest to fully enjoy the outdoors space and the games room with table tennis for indoor entertainment.

The complex is located by the Piesang River with wonderful woodland and hill views. Communal grounds are well maintained and there are good facilities encouraging people to mix and socialize if they chose to. The facilities include walking paths, squash and tennis courts, fenced swimming pool and the river a good fishing spot.
