Location
Keurbooms is the other side of the estuary from Plettenberg Bay, approx’ 5 min’s drive from Plettenberg Bay town centre, less to the shopping centre with 2 supermarkets just as you entre Plettenberg Bay. Between Plettenberg Bay and Keurbooms is Goose Valley (18 hole) Golf Club and the Plettenberg Bay Polo Club.
Situated almost half way the 8km Keurbooms Beach just over the dunes and your on the beach, approx’ 2 minuets stroll. This side of the bay is where the dolphins play in the surf and the whales in season (May to Nov) calve. It is not unusual for occupants the properties close to the ocean to be woken a night by the whales calving.
10 min’s walk up the beach to Keurboomstrand is a wonderful Italian restaurant and 10 min’s in the opposite direction is a pub, restaurant and convenience come delicatessen, closer (about half way) is a private complex with a bar/lounge/games room, restaurant and convenience shop also open to the public. Another wonderful delicatessen come farm shop is approx’ 15 min’s walk or 2 min’s drive. The nearest major supermarket along with chemist, mobile phone shop and every other shop you could need is approx’ 5 min’s drive in a shopping centre just inside the first turning to Plettenberg Bay.

The property is beach cottage style set in a communal lawned area of 4 similar beach cottages within a security access controlled estate.

Open plan living space with lounge, dining and kitchen areas leading out on to a partially covered patio with outdoor furniture and built in braai (bbq) as well as stunning mountain and ocean views. The lounge also has 2 additional beds 2 accommodate another 2 people if required.
