The apartment is located on a secure complex bordering the Piesang River with good communal facilities including swimming pool, well maintained grounds and squash courts.

There are 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom is upstairs and has a small private patio. The other two bedrooms are downstairs. Also downstairs is the living space which flows out to a patio and gardens beyond.
