The kitchen is well equipped including microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier. A large tiled patio off the kitchen overlooks the back garden.

The dining room is situated between the open comfortable lounge and bar area for excellent entertaining. Off the lounge via french doors is a covered veranda with a view of the ocean and mountains.
