The downstairs consists of open plan lounge/dining room, kitchen with separate scullery and bedroom. All the bedrooms and the lounge have sliding doors onto a wooden deck, with gas braai, leading onto the pool area. The upstairs is permanently locked for private use by the owner. The owner will not occupy the house while tenants are in residence.
