The top floor section of an up-market house is a separate 1 bedroom apartment in Kerboomstrand just outside Plettenberg Bay (10 min’s drive) with the most spectacular bay and ocean views. It is exceptionally well located on the rocks of the Keurbooms Beach.


The apartment is separate to the house in that it has it's own private entrance. In addition it has 2 private balconies, 1 overlooking the ocean and the other just of the kitchenette for braai-ing (bbq).

Bedroom is a double with full en-suite bathroom, stunning uninterrupted views over Keurboomstrand and Plettenberg Bay in the distance views as well as direct access to the main balcony.

The living space is open plan with a lounge and kitchenette. Tall windows provide plenty of light and excellent uninterrupted views of the ocean and bay from the inside, sliding doors extend the living space on to the ocean facing balcony.

The kitchenette is well equipped but no washing machine or dishwasher. Washing and ironing can be taken care of by the house keeper at additional cost. Off the kitchenette is a balcony for braai-ing (bbq).
