All 4 bedrooms lead off from the entertainment room and direct access opening onto patios.

The upstairs is the master bedroom, open plan living space with lounge, dining areas and kitchen with separate scullery. There are two covered patios, one off the lounge with ocean views out to the bay an excellent dolphin and whales watching location and the other off the kitchen looking out to the mountains. Both patios have built-in Braai’s (bbq) and outdoor furniture.

Kitchen and scullery are full equipped including microwave oven, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.
