Location
Situated over on the Robberg side of Plettenberg Bay only 250 meters to Robberg 5, a blue flag beach. There is a convince shop and a restaurant within walking distance but the a greater selection just 2 min’s drive away or up into the town where there are plenty to chose from at less than 5 min’s drive.

The property is surrounded by it’s own private fully enclosed garden in a secluded setting surrounded by vegetation and trees. Although it is a residential area with other properties on the same access road once in the perimeter of the property it’s incredibly peaceful and private.

Property
Accommodates up to 2 people in 2 bedrooms service by 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom and bathroom are loft style and can only be accessed from outside.

Furnished in a relaxed polo theme, the owned a polo player who had a team at Plettenberg Bay Polo Club.

Living & Dining
Open plan living space with fireplace in the lounge area, dining and kitchen. A huge covered veranda in ture South African style provides a superb outside entertainment area, over looking the garden and pool, furnished with relaxing and dining furniture.

Open plan to the main living space is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, cutlery, crockery, pots, pans and cooking utensils including gas hob, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier.

There are two bedrooms and a bathroom to share in the main part of the house. The loft bedroom with separate entrance, can accommodate another couple.
