Desirable secure private estate off Plettenberg Bay Lagoon it is a charming tranquil location, hidden behind a golf club and course on the banks of Plettenberg Bay’s Lagoon, access is via the golf club. 200 m from the lagoon, approx’ 10 min’s walk to the golf club, approx’ 10 min’s drive to Plettenberg Bay town centre, nearest shopping centre approx’ 5 min’s drive.

Property
The house is on 2 levels with private garden. The living and entertainment areas/room upstairs to make the most of the lovely lagoon, ocean and mountain views.

The top floor comprises of the open plan living space with lounge, dining room and kitchen areas, outside entertainment area. Also upstairs is the master bedroom and a guest loo. Downstairs has 2 en-suite bedrooms, laundry with washing machine and tumble drier and a single garage.
