As well building the house, we provide a non-profit management programme for when the property is completed. This means we design, build, furnish, manage and let the properties, making it an incredibly hassle free process for people who want to invest overseas without putting the time in – in fact some of our investors don't even visit the site prior to buying in.
Whilst the payment plans are similar to an “off-plan” development we transfer over title for the land to the investors before starting the build programme and all the contracting is under English law. In addition we provide a service whereby all investors can share a local lawyer to conduct a due diligence to ensure there are no land-title issues and that the planning consents are valid.
As well as offering a very cost effective management programme we also retain ownership of one or two of the villas in our developments ourselves. Investors can therefore be comfortable that we are applying the same standards of care to the design and build of their villas as we are for own
By marketing directly to an network of investors and previous clients we are able to keep costs down. Our prices aren't cheap because we only invest in prime locations close to beach and restaurants but they very competitive which enables high yield and strong capital growth
