With 1,200 picture postcard islands, powder puff sandy beaches, dazzling crystal lagoons and rich aquamarine seas the Maldives certainly is a bejewelled corner of the earth. It would be hard not to have a fabulous holiday in the Maldives, but to make the planning and decision-making process a little easier please find below a list of our favourites.

We have purposely left the list short and decided to focus on the centrally located North & South Male Atoll because they can be easily accessed by speedboat from Male International Airport in less than 45mins, keeping transfer times after a long flight to a minimum and eliminating the need for costly seaplane transfers. Having said that, we can book most resorts so please let us know if you are specifically interested in one we have not mentioned.
