Dar Lazuli is a 200 year old house in Essaouira, lovingly renovated into 4 apartments to retain its original features in harmony with contemporary designs and comforts for a 21st Century visitor.


It’s located just inside the medina walls and beside the main square. Comfortable and easy self-catering apartments where you can completely relax, forget about the real world and immerse yourself in North African escapism.

Apartments
Dar Lazuli comprises of four boutique apartments; Alizee, Sirocco, Calima and Ghibli (all named after North African winds) which can be opened up to give a group of eight the run of the whole property or can be reserved individually.

Each suite of rooms has an Emperor double bed, open fireplace(s), bathroom with ‘Rainfall’ shower, sitting and dining areas and small kitchen area.

Terraces
Gaze up at the sky from the comfy cushioned lounging area on the decked terrace or climb higher to the upper level with its pink walls and beautiful bougainvillea to enjoy secluded al fresco eating. Simply relax, read and listen to the sounds of daily Moroccan life around you.
