After two years of restoration by skilled and devoted local craftsmen this vast 17th century palace (of a net floor size close to 1000m2), once home to the Minister Mnebhi, is now ready to welcome you - The Riad Laaroussa which offers 5 suites and 2 rooms.

In the heart of the Medina of Fez, The Riad Laaroussa opens its doors for you to enjoy this exceptional site. Set around a gorgeous, luxuriant patio each room has been restored and decorated thoughtfully and with great care to offer you the best service.

For your best comfort and to allow you to enjoy the magnificence of a time, we voluntarily only created 5 spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated suites and 2 charming rooms.

As well as the 5 vast suites and 2 rooms, decorated and air-conditioned, the Riad Laaroussa offers the possibility of relaxing in the central patio to the sound of the fountains in the shadow of the orange trees.
You may also enjoy the exceptional terrace with its many relaxing areas from which you can appreciate the breathtaking view .
In the evening you may choose either to dine on the patio or the terrace and savour the legendary Fassi cuisine
During winter time you can relax by the living-room’s fireplace.

The suites were all previously traditional living-rooms and have kept the original floors and ceilings.
Suite green - This suite is set up with a fireplace, one double bed and one single bed. Living area. Green Tadelakte bathroom with a bathtub. Air-conditioning, original ceiling.

Suite orange - This suite is set up with a fireplace, one double bed and two single beds, one of which is on a loft . Orange Tadelakte bathroom with shower. Air-conditioning, original ceiling.

Suite grey - This suite is set up with a fireplace and one double bed. Grey Tadelakte bathroom with a bathtub. Living area, air-conditioning.

Cream suite - This suite is set up with a fireplace, two double beds, one of which is on a loft . Beige Tadelakte bathroom with a bathtub. Living area, baldaquin bed and air-conditioning.

Red suite - This suite is set up two single beds (that we can join in one double) , an open bathroom decorated with traditional bricks and red tadelakte, with shower. Air-conditioning.

Blue room - Room equiped with one double bed, heater and air conditionning. Spacious bathroom made with blue tadelakte, with bath and shower. Original traditional doors.

Yellow room - Room equiped with two single beds, heater and air conditioning. Yellow Tadelakte bathroom with shower. Original traditional doors.
