Riad Villa El Arsa has four bedrooms and is ideally situated in the heart of the Medina, near the buzzing main square of ‘Place Jemaa El F’na’ with its snake charmers, story tellers and medicine men.

Riad Villa El Arsa is a registered Maison d’hôte (guest house) where behind the wooden door you will find peace and tranquillity.

The Riad provides extremely comfortable accommodation:

- 4 double air-conditioned bedrooms (one with an extra bed) with en-suite bathrooms
- Well planted central courtyard with a small pool to one side.
- Lounge with fireplace
- WI -FI

There are fine views over Marrakech and beyond to the snow capped peaks of the Atlas Mountains from the spacious roof terrace.

During your stay, you will be looked after by Moroccan staff. Breakfast is included in the price and is served either on the roof terrace or in the courtyard. Dinner is available by arrangement and airport transfers will be arranged

El Arsa also makes an ideal venue for house parties /family gatherings or for those who just wish to have exclusivity.

Villa El Arsa is NOT suitable for small children. We therefore have a policy not to accept children under 14 years of age unless it is a whole Riad booking.
