Extending from the centennial orange-trees of sister Riad Aguarzame, Riad 107 has been created from 4 new rooms with air-conditioning, underfloor heating and bathrooms finished in tadelakt.

You will have a chance to bathe in a moorish pool, use a tradional hammam or just simply relax in the many secluded corners of the Riad or on the terrace.

The owners take the best care in delivering discreet and attentive service and help guests to discover the magic of Marrakech and the surrounding beautiful landscapes.

By special request, meals are arranged either on the patio or by the fireplace.

You can stay in one of the 4 double rooms or rent out the entire Riad for a small gathering.
Additionally, there is a 4 bed family room on offer.

The cosy rooms are all equipped in underfloor heating, air-conditioning with en-suite bathrooms in tadelakdt.

Marrakech was great!! Antoine & Mathilda at the riyadh were fantastic, helped us plan our days, recommended great places to eat & visit, arranged bookings & taxis for us. They have a man at the riyad called Simo who was the porter-cum-runaround, he would wake at night if we came back late and walk us back to the riyad, we felt very safe to know that, although safety wasn't an issue, it was still reassuring. he also made great coffee!. The Riyadh 107 itself was beautiful, had all the reqiured comforts, location was good too. The plunge pool was actually a great size, all five of us could comfortabley relax in it
