This newly renovated centuries´ old Riad is conveniently situated near the Dar el Bacha taxi drop off point, and the Dar Moha / Dar Marjana restaurants, and only minutes from the Souks and the Jemaa el Fna square.

Guests will be charmed by the olive tree shaded courtyard, the views from the roof terrace, the simple yet elegant bedrooms and the comfortable bhou / seating area.

The Riad has four double bedrooms and one suite, all with en-suite shower/bathrooms. The rooms are stylishly decorated with great respect for tradition and authenticity. Dar Rocmarra’s tranquil courtyard features a plunge pool, lush plants, intimate seating and open fireplace. The roof terrace has panoramic views over Marrakech and the Mountains. It has sun beds, seating and a shady pergola for relaxing whilst taking in the views.

Bijou Room
This courtyard bedroom is elegantly decorated in ‘New Moroccan Style’ with intimate lighting and embroidered fabrics. The platform bed of 1’40 x 1’90 mtr. is set into a tadlekt arch headboard. It has an en-suite with walk in tadlekt shower.

Berber Room
This courtyard bedroom, simply yet stylishly furnished, is decorated with pebble detailing, original exposed beams and a comfortable bed of 1.50 x 2.00 mtr. It has a spacious feel and on request can accommodate a third person with the addition of a single bed. The room has a fully tadlekt en-suite with large walk in shower.

Sahara
First floor bedroom, eclectic in style with its high wooden bed, 1’50 x 2’00 mtr., rich African colours and furnishings, it´s earthy clay covered walls bring a touch of the sahara. A fully sculpted tadlekt bathroom completes this unique room which also enjoys an outside seating area overlooking the courtyard.

Johara
First floor bedroom. Chandeliers, pale silks and velvet chairs give this room a feeling of luxury with a generous 1.60 x 2.00 mtr. bed. Its sculpted tadlekt bathroom and Moroccan lanterns add to the atmosphere.

Douria Suite
First floor, This spacious suite is reached by a private staircase leading from the entrance hall. It has an open plan layout with elegant arches,open tadlakt fireplace,and carved furniture. A large bedroom with a comfortable 1’80 x 2’00 mtr. bed and hanging Moroccan lamps complete this exceptional suite. Part of the seating area can be converted to sleep two extra people . The suite has a large bathroom with a tadlekt sculpted bath and overhead shower.It also has access to the first floor balcony and roof terrace.

Mid-Season rates:
Standard room: £85 (double occupancy), 10% less on Bijou (when single occupancy).
Douria: £120 (double occupancy)

High Season rates (all April 2010, plus from 16th of December until 6th of January):
Standard room: £100 (double occupancy), 10% less on Bijou (when single occupancy).
Douria: £140 (double occupancy).

All prices include local taxes. Berber and the Douria are rooms that can have single beds as well as the double, therefore are available for friends travelling together.
