Riad Timila is built around two central courtyards, one with a fountain, the other with a beautiful dark blue pool.

On the ground floor is the four bedded room, a kitchen, the sitting room, the media room (flat screen TV with Sky, dvds etc), a dining area, and a stunning bhou (an open lounging area perfect for cocktails), as well as a double room with king-size bed and fabulous bathroom.

On the first floor are three double rooms (two with ensuite shower rooms and one with both bath and shower), and the amazing master suite complete with superking bed, fireplace and its own private terrace.

The roof provides a double terrace with views of both the Atlas mountains and the Koutoubia mosque, a service kitchen with drinks fridge, a hammam and a massage room.

There’s also a dining area that can seat twenty people, comfortable sunbeds, a shower for cooling off and additional seating. Delicous meals can be arranged on request. Riad Timila has also been featured in both the Telegraph, and 25 Beautiful Homes.

Rooms:

The Master Suite, or Chambre Bronze, takes up an entire floor and is exceptionally spacious. There's a superking bed, a fireplace, fabulous ensuite bathroom, and a beautiful moucharabie window overlooking the swimming pool. These are old wooden shuttered windows that allow the ladies of the house to look out, but not be seen. The suite also has its own bhou or covered sitting area, and is very private.

Chambre Bleue is on the ground floor, next to the pool. It has an amazing fourposter king-size bed and a huge and stylish bathroom

Chambre Verte is next door, and is smaller but very pretty, light and sunny, with an antique brass bed

Chambre Rose has a double bed and a set of bunks, making it perfect for children or teenagers. It is not rented out separately.

Rates are between £100 and £130 per room per night on B&B. The whole riad is also available at £500 per night B&B for up to 14 people. These rates apply all year except for Christmas and New Year when a supplement is charged - please contact us for info. Minimum booking 3 nights.
