It is situated just outside the beautiful Berber village of Ouirgane, and 10 km from Asni.
It is set off the Tizin'test pass road in 12 acres of grounds.

The standard rooms are all situated around a central courtyard in the main building. The rooms are spacious, and each has its own private garden terrace with outstanding views of the surrounding countryside.

The 15 comfortable rooms are decorated in a rustic style, using authentic materials and skills, with whitewashed walls, wooden ceilings and open fireplaces or wood stoves. They have ensuite shower rooms.

New additions to the property are 2 suites and 3 bungalows which are situated by the pool.

The walls have all been built with traditional Moroccan materials which means that the rooms are naturally cool in summer. In winter the rooms are heated by open wood fires or wood stoves.
