23 Palm is an incredibly spacious villa designed to sleep four, with a large beachfront garden and a strong decorative features.
WHAT ITS GOT
The main body of this stunning house comprises of five rooms. The large living room runs the length of the villa with direct access to a corresponding veranda overlooking the 2 acre garden and wide ocean frontage. The room is exquisitely decorated with a mixture of antiques, quirky handmade originals, Indian statues and huge pieces of modern art adorning the walls. The room has a lively sociable feel with various seating areas and splashes of bright orange, but at the same time retains a warm homely atmosphere.
Located at either end of the living room are two vast double suites. Both suites have air-conditioning, four poster beds, impressive internal water features, twin vanity units, adjoining toilet/shower rooms, ample storage and access onto the main veranda. The decor and sheer size of the rooms make for extremely luxurious surrounds.
To the rear of the villa there is a smart colonial style kitchen, a guest toilet with shower and a stylish TV/DVD snug. This small snug room can be used to accommodate a single child.
The villa's garden landscaping is simple, with a huge infinity pool as its centrepiece. Beside the pool there is a traditional tea pavilion, ideal for use during the day or as an intimate dining area.
FOOD & DRINK
23 Palms has a breakfast, lunch and snack menu with Sri Lankan, western and fusion cuisine. Breakfast will be prepared by the 3 permanent members of staff and then guests can order lunch or arrange dinner on request. Guests are also welcome to test their own culinary skills in the a/c kitchen with the help of the staff.
