"LOVED everything about it - the staff, the location (nice and quiet), the decor, the food (WOW!), the lack of TV was great, the ipod speakers great also, the pool, the service. There is nothing i can fault really. We told Mahesh our food budget, and that we were probably not as flush with money as the usual guests, and he managed to fit our menus around our budget. The villa was everything we hoped it would be, based on your website, and more. I think the service the staff at the villa and Tai offered made it all the more enjoyable, and certainly any questions we had he made every effort to answer. Tai made recommendations for the massage guy, and restaurants/shops, and all were just what we were after. Tai also did some organising for us, our car had a flat, so him/one of the staff helped out, and he sorted our car return - very helpful." (Mirae Cottam - Jan 09)
"Ambalama was pure luxury and, again, we were extremely well looked after. We were a bit surprised by the proximity of the villa to the noisy road but got used to that very quickly and, ideally we would have liked to have been able to go straight out into safe sea. But we did find the safe swimming bit just further down which was perfect for the boys for their first snorkelling experience and, of course, the pool was superb. They also made great friends with the boys next door within minutes of arriving which led to many good-natured cricket matches and long chats on the wall watching their uncles fishing on their stilts."
