There are six air-conditioned bedrooms in the property furnished with double or twin beds. Four are located in the main house (3 doubles and 1 single) and two in a seperate annexe (1 double and 1 twin). The larger room in the annexe also has a private verandah overlooking the sea with a dining table and a large seat covered in cushions that is ideal for lounging during the day. The villa can either be booked in part or as a whole and can accommodate up to thirteen people.
There is a central living area in the main house and a elevated veranda above the infinity pool that provides great views of the ocean. The real highlight however is a large outdoor ambalama that makes the most of the views and garden. Guests have the option to dine here or just sit and enjoy a cold gin 'n' tonic.
The experienced chef is on hand to tickle your taste buds at any time of your choosing. With local fishermen often bringing fresh fish, crab and lobster to the back door of the villa the emphasis is definitely on seafood although the chef will discuss your meal requirements with you daily and shop for whatever ingredients you may need from the local markets of Tangalle.
Tangalle (on the south east coast) is beautiful and undeveloped with stunning coastal beaches both in and out of season. There is limited swimming at Coco itself, but there is a safe swimming bay that staff can direct you to not far form the villa. The hotel is also ideally positioned for trips up to Yala Safari Park, Ude Walawe, Dondra Lighthouse and several local turtle hatchery.
