There is a downstairs cloakroom, and a very well equipped kitchen with cooker, large fridge / freezer, microwave, etc. and laundry room. A patio leads from the sitting room and provides al fresco dining or sunbathing.

Upstairs there are two large double bedrooms with air conditioning and two bathrooms (one en suite). Both bedrooms face the Marina and have ample wardrobe and cupboard space.

Rodney Quay Number Two is in a block of five town houses in a small development of only twelve houses.

There is an attractive communal swimming pool and whirlpool.

Rodney Quay is situated within two minutes walk of Reduit beach, one of the best beaches in the island and just a short walk from a variety of excellent restaurants, shops, and supermarkets.

The St. Lucia Golf and Country Club and the racquet club is less than 15 minutes drive away, and the Rex St. Lucian hotel provides tennis and water-sports. Squash is available nearby at the St. Lucia Yacht Club.

Tropical Villas staff will advise on restaurants, sightseeing tours, etc.

Maid service 6 times weekly - half day.

No smoking at property.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
