Sunrise Loft is a charming and unique two bedroom apartment. The villa’s fourth wall, which is made entirely of glass, affords an all encompassing view of the Atlantic Ocean as well as the Rodney Bay Marina, which when alight at night is simply spectacular.

Although located beneath Sunset Villa, the Loft has complete privacy with its own access road and garage. There are two spacious, air conditioned bedrooms with their own ensuite bathrooms. There is an open plan kitchen which flows into the dining room which provides an amazing dining experience, as one gazes out the glass windows which run along the entire front of the Loft. The sitting/TV room which is located in the central area and along with dining room shares this cosy and unique environment. Outside the central area is the plunge pool and decking area, ideal for sunbathing or evening dining. You will love the complete intimacy and tranquility which surrounds this villa, yet it is a few minutes drive from all the services and amenities of Rodney Bay including beaches, restaurants, shops, supermarkets. The 18 hole championship golf course at Cap Estate is a ten minute drive away.

Sunrise Loft can be rented separately or in combination with the main house Sunset, thus offering four bedrooms in total.

Rate for Sunrise Loft includes housekeeping service three half days weekly and all applicable taxes.

Parents or guardians of children of under 12 years of age to sign a waiver form (form will be supplied by Tropical Villas).

Access road is rough and rental of 4 wheel drive vehicle recommended.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
