Kinnoull sits on a three quarters of an acre site, this elegant property enjoys one of St. Lucia's most breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea and Pigeon Island. The property is made up of two houses linked by a swimming pool and deck.


Crossing over the decked footbridge from the car parking area, you enter into a cool living/ dining room with cablevision TV, HiFi and fax machine. The doors and windows from the sitting room open onto the decked covered veranda's. There is an open plan, fully equipped kitchen and utility room, with microwave, blender, coffee machine, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer. Upstairs there are three, air conditioned double bedrooms with en suite shower rooms. The master bedroom has its own study area and private balcony.

Guest Cottage:

The guest cottage is a self contained 1 bedroom villa with a fully fitted kitchen, living dining area. The living room has a futon sofa bed. The large air conditioned, double bedroom upstairs has an en suite shower room and a private balcony with wonderful views.

Staff - housekeeper - Monday to Saturday from 8am to 3.30pm. Plus garden and pool maintenance service weekly.

Please note that our housekeepers are not trained nannies and should not be expected to look after and/or babysit infants and children. If you do make babysitting arrangements with the staff, please be advised this is at your own risk.
