Club Lersuang offers a collection of 2 bedroom holiday apartments located in a low level complex near Bang Tao Beach, completed in November 2005.


WHAT ITS GOT

Although all slightly different in shape, position and decor, each apartment is designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/ dining/ living areas and is 105 square metres in size. The kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite.

The master bedrooms are generally located towards the front of the apartments with views over the pool. With the 3 bedroom penthouse apartments the master bedrooms have views of the sea and an open air en-suite bathroom with a bath on the balcony.

The second bedrooms are made up either as twins or triples depending on the apartment and with the exception of the 3 bed penthouse apartments they share a bathroom with the master bedrooms. There is a sperate toilet in all apartments.

The apartments have Satellite TV, and CD/DVD/VCD facilities. The internet may be accessed in the internet cafe. Air conditioning is standard throughout but large sliding doors and patios overlooking the pool allow for a fresh air option.

The development has a large swimming pool (50m) which extends the length of the grounds between the apartments and the reception / clubhouse. There is also a separate kids pool section. Bang Tao Beach is 200m from the complex.

There is also a restaurant, pool table, bar, internet café, games room and gymnasium as well as a pool bar, external recreation area and a sauna and steam room.

FOOD & DRINK

The apartment kitchens are equipped with oven, hob and extractor fans and finished in marble or granite. Private cooks and chefs can be arranged via the Clubhouse.

There is also a restaurant and bar on the complex and many options for eating out locally at Surin Beach or Patong.

The price guide above relates to the 2 bed apartments that slepp four. The five and six person apartments come at a higher price. Please ask for details.

There is a daily maid service which includes daily cleaning and a twice-weekly linen change.
